Founded in 1990

Duluth Scottish Heritage’s Twin Ports Highlanders was founded in 1990 due to the increased interest in the great highland pipes. Comprised of men, women and young people, interested in Scottish culture, the band wears the Sinclair hunting tartan for their kilt.

Performances

Having become quite proficient in the Scottish small music (marches, etc.), the band participates in many parades, St.Patrick's Day venues, festivals, and special events throughout the year. We were even chosen to appear in the Disney movie "Iron Will".
